At J.T.R. Jewellery I craft beautiful bespoke and ready-to-order jewellery pieces from our workshop in Kirkby Lonsdale on the border of Cumbria, Lancashire and Yorkshire. From a young age I’ve been drawn to jewellery-making, which led me to train at the prestigious School of Jewellery in the heart of the famous jewellery quarter in Birmingham, specialising in silversmithing and design. Every item I create is handmade, whether it’s cast via lost-wax techniques, hand-textured, oxidised, or polished to bring out detail and character. The aesthetic of my designs is strongly tied to nature: textures, organic forms, rough edges and the landscapes of the Lake District all inspire the shapes and forms in my collection. In our shop at 52 Main Street, Kirkby Lonsdale, you’ll find a display of sterling silver and gold jewellery — pendants, rings, earrings — and the workshop tucked at the back, where I both finish and create pieces live. We offer a selection of ready-to-order pieces as well as made-to-order and bespoke commissions, giving you the option to choose something off-the-shelf or collaborate on something entirely unique.

What do you produce?

I produce handcrafted jewellery in sterling silver and 9ct (and sometimes 18ct) gold: rings, pendants, earrings, signet pieces, textured designs, and bespoke commissions. I also offer a “Ready to Order” collection for you to purchase directly via our website or our shop in Kirkby Lonsdale.
