Founded in 2014, Burren Balsamics began with the creation of a small batch of blueberry balsamic vinegar for a local charity fair. What started as a handful of bottles, quickly grew into an innovative artisan food business, creating award-winning balsamic vinegars, condiments and seasonings, infused with locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. The business blends traditional slow-aged methods with locally sourced ingredients to produce distinctive, flavour-rich condiments. Having partnering up with Master Chef of Great Britain Robert McDonald, bringing decades of restaurant experience - together, they have developed an exceptional range of small-batch balsamic vinegars for both professional chefs and home cooks. Burren Balsamics focuses on sustainability, ethical production and the use of locally sourced ingredients. They are proud to now have 63 Great Taste stars, as well as being category winners at both The Great British and Irish Food Awards.
