Jack's mission is simple: to provide people with direct access to nature's best offerings. The belief is that everyone has a right to know exactly how their food is grown and produced and everyone should have access to fairly priced, seasonal and nutritious food grown free from any unnecessary chemical fertilisers and GM. Whether you are a family, student, couple or living single, a weekly veg bag is the simplest and easiest way to get fresh produce directly into your home. Jack's Veg is a mixed regenerative market garden near Canterbury growing over 50 types of seasonal fruit and veg, herbs, edible flowers, gourmet mushrooms and micro salads - all grown chemical free, all year round, specifically for nutrition and flavour. What goes into the box is what is ready on the farm that week - genuinely seasonal, genuinely local, with the soil and the season doing the selecting. Kent's first single-use plastic free farm since October 2018, Jack's Veg uses 100% home compostable packaging across the entire box range, including salad bags. All packaging is reused wherever possible and composted when not. There are no unnecessary layers here - just clean, honest produce from a farm that has thought carefully about everything it touches. Alongside the core veg and fruit boxes, customers can also order wholesale, micro salads, gourmet mushrooms, eggs and edible and cut flowers as add-ons or standalone items.
