Our organic farm in Dumfries & Galloway produces slow-grown, high-welfare meat and wool using regenerative farming practices that nurture wildlife, soil health, and biodiversity. From our farm, we create unforgettable experiences through The Outdoor Hotel's unique countryside stays and Field Fare, our seasonal wild dining events where guests gather around the table to enjoy locally sourced food cooked over fire. What do you produce?

We produce organic, pasture-raised meat and wool from our regenerative farm in Dumfries & Galloway. Our livestock are raised with high welfare standards, grazing diverse pastures that support healthy soils, wildlife, and biodiversity. We also create seasonal food experiences through our Field Fare supper clubs, celebrating produce from our farm and other local growers and producers.
