Norfolk Flower Farm sits on the Norwich Road at Edgefield, between Edgefield Nurseries and The Pigs pub, about five minutes from Holt in north Norfolk. Ellie Frost started growing cut flowers here in the summer of 2022. First the speciality daffodils and tulips. Then ranunculus. Then dahlias. When there's enough in flower, the field opens a pop-up shop. The rest of the time the flowers go out as hand-tied bouquets for local delivery, or as kitchen table bunches that people nearby book on a regular basis. For weddings, Ellie makes bridal bouquets and buttonholes. Or you can order buckets of her flowers and do the arranging yourself. The buckets work for any event, not only weddings, but they have to be ordered in advance. Florists can buy from her wholesale.
