Wendling Beck Market Garden at Hoe, north of Dereham, used to be Salle Moor, a not-for-profit market garden growing veg on about an acre near Reepham. New name, new location. You'll now find it on Fakenham Road. Hoe sits inside the Wendling Beck project, which is restoring just under 2,000 acres north of Dereham for nature. The garden grows without chemicals and is community-supported, with customers helping to keep it going. You can buy from the farm stall, and the veg also goes to local shops, restaurants and markets. There are open days too, if you want to see where it's grown.
