Ajji’s Ghee is a small-batch, London-based ghee brand rooted in tradition and reimagined for modern kitchens. Inspired by a family recipe passed down by my Ajji (grandmother), our ghee is made using the slow, cultured cream method — churned by hand and simmered patiently over two days. The result is a deeply aromatic, golden ghee that’s rich in flavour and heritage. Every jar is made in small weekly batches in East London, using high-quality British cream. We also create unique flavoured variants — like chilli garlic, rosemary, and honey saffron — to encourage creative use beyond just Indian cooking. Whether on toast, in roast potatoes, or a spoon stirred into warm rice, Ajji’s Ghee brings comfort, nutrition, and craft to your everyday meals.

What do you produce?
We make traditional desi ghee in small batches using the cultured cream method — hand-churned and slow-simmered for rich flavour and gut-friendly benefits. Our range includes both original and unique flavoured ghees like chilli garlic, rosemary, and honey saffron. All jars are produced fresh each week in East London.
