Baronscourt Estate
Newtownstewart, Omagh, Co. Tyrone,
Set within the historic landscape of County Tyrone, Baronscourt Estate is home to a wild herd of Japanese Sika deer that has roamed the estate since the 1700s. Feeding naturally on woodland forage, including bog myrtle, the deer are managed sustainably as part of a carefully balanced ecosystem. The estate produces multi-award-winning venison, recognised at the Great Taste Awards and honoured with the Laurent Perrier Award for conservation. Lean, tender and richly gamey, Sika venison is often described as a true seasonal superfood. Baronscourt’s venison isn’t just exceptional in flavour — it represents thoughtful land management and true field-to-fork integrity. Wild. Seasonal. Rooted in place.
