Cumbria Crystal, based in Ulverston in the Lake District, is the last remaining producer of luxury, completely hand-made, English 24% lead crystal in the UK. Our aspiration is simple: to create the finest hand-blown and hand-cut crystal in the world. Every piece is mouth-blown by a team of four glassblowers, each trained for at least 15 years, before being cut and polished by expert artisans on diamond and sandstone wheels. A single item can take 10–12 days to craft, involving up to nine artisans from start to finish. This craftsmanship has earned us a place at the tables of royalty, British embassies and consulates worldwide and on screen in James Bond films, Downton Abbey, and The Darkest Hour. Chosen by Bentley Motors and Rolls Royce for collaborations, our glass is synonymous with luxury and timeless British craft.
