Durleighmarsh Farm grows asparagus on the Hampshire​/​Sussex border - and the season is a genuine event. The asparagus is available fresh literally metres away from where it is picked, from the farm shop on Rogate Road, just a short drive from Petersfield and at farmers markets across Surrey, Hampshire and Sussex throughout the April to June season. It has proved so popular the farm has had to significantly expand the acreage over the years. The farm shop is open all year round, stocked with a wide range of locally produced food, but spring asparagus season is when it comes into its own. From late May through October, a PYO operation opens for strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, tayberries, plums, beans, courgettes, sweetcorn, pumpkins, flowers and herbs. A Tea Barn on site serves seasonal breakfasts and lunches with local coffee and a Barn Emporium hosts artisans, crafters and small independent traders.

Can people visit or buy direct?

Yes, thee farm shop is open Mon – Sat 9am–5pm, Sun 10am – 3pm, all year round. PYO is open late May – October. You can also buy their produce at farmers markets during season at Petersfield, Ripley, Kingston, Woking, Winchester, Surbiton, Portsmouth, Farnham and Guildford.
