Tucked under a railway arch in Bermondsey’s Spa Terminus, London Smoke & Cure is a rare breed of food producer: hands-on, transparent and unapologetically artisanal. Since 2015 our passionate team of smokers and curers have been crafting food with integrity and character. A million miles away from mass produced good that hide behind boutique branding, we are proudly independent, caring deeply about every step of our production process. For our pork and beef we source high-welfare Gloucester Old Spot pork and retired dairy cattle from Mount Grace Farm in North Yorkshire. Our Award Winning sashimi-grade smoked salmon has been celebrated by Good Housekeeping as the "best smoked salmon" and was even served at a recent Royal banquet. We're also more than just selling good food. At our dedicated Smoke School, our series of Smoke School masterclasses allow you to roll up your sleeves and learn the old ways of smoking and curing including bacon making, sausage crafting and even charcuterie ageing. We work on a weekly production cycle making our products to order. This way you get the best, freshest food.
