Longbrook Farm Beef is a family-run farm based just outside Oundle, Northamptonshire, producing high quality, native breed beef from cattle we rear ourselves. Our herd includes British Longhorn, Hereford and Aberdeen Angus. The beef is aged for 28 days to develop flavour, then butchered and packed ready for customers locally. We sell direct to families through our beef boxes, individual cuts and mince subscriptions, making it easy to keep the freezer stocked with proper, local food. Everything we do is about connecting people back to where their food comes from and providing beef that’s both full of flavour and practical for everyday meals.
