What do you produce?
Thoughtful, hearty and with seasonality at the core of everything we do in The Bistro, as well as sourcing our ingredients locally from some brilliant Cumbrian producers. Some of our ingredients come from the farm, like our eggs fresh from the hens and ducks you may see pottering around, small batch seasonal vegetables from our kitchen garden and Herdwick lamb from the surrounding fields (don’t worry, with the farmer's permission!).
