Hello, I'm Fiona Audsley.

I am an award winning artisan preserve maker. I work with my husband Michael in our Jam Shack on a farm in the heart of the East Fife countryside. We produce traditional preserves in very small batches and supply award winning farm shops​,​ delis​,​ stately homes and botanic gardens across Scotland.
