Through wild food experiences, retreats, plant-based feasts, and educational workshops, I help people rediscover their relationship with the land — building confidence, resilience, and creativity in the kitchen and beyond. For me, foraging is more than food: it’s a pathway to mental wellbeing, to self-trust, self reliance, and empowerment, through a joyful, grounded life.
