I founded Hello Food Tours to provide experiences that connect people with the local producers​,​ food stories and the culinary heritage of our local areas. I've worked in the food & tourism industry for 25 years buying from specialist producers for premium retail and creating visitor cafes across 9 heritage venues in the UK. I'm an Essex resident​,​ self confessed food tourist and enthusiastic cook!
