Hello, I'm Ceri Cryer.
Ceri is a regenerative dairy farmer and cheesemaker at Brinkworth Dairy in Wiltshire. Working alongside her family, she helps care for one of Britain’s oldest closed pedigree Friesian herds, established in 1910, and transforms the farm’s milk into award-winning artisan cheeses using traditional methods. Passionate about sustainability, local food, and craftsmanship, Ceri enjoys sharing the story behind the cheese—from caring for the cows and restoring the soil to preserving traditional British cheesemaking. Away from the dairy, she is also a ceramic artist, drawing inspiration from nature, farming, and the textures of the rural landscape.
