Hello, I'm Ceri Cryer.

Ceri is a regenerative dairy farmer and cheesemaker at Brinkworth Dairy in Wiltshire. Working alongside her family​,​ she helps care for one of Britain’s oldest closed pedigree Friesian herds​,​ established in 1910​,​ and transforms the farm’s milk into award-winning artisan cheeses using traditional methods. Passionate about sustainability​,​ local food​,​ and craftsmanship​,​ Ceri enjoys sharing the story behind the cheese—from caring for the cows and restoring the soil to preserving traditional British cheesemaking. Away from the dairy​,​ she is also a ceramic artist​,​ drawing inspiration from nature​,​ farming​,​ and the textures of the rural landscape.
