FORAGING EXPERIENCES AT SOUTH ORMSBY ESTATE Passionate, creative, and deeply rooted in the natural world, I am a professional forager and wild food chef with many years of experience transforming harvests from hedgerow, coastline and woodland into nourishing, seasonal cuisine. Blending traditional knowledge with contemporary culinary innovation, my work celebrates the alchemy of wild flavours and aromatics, alongside self-empowerment, sustainability and the profound healing power of reconnecting with nature. Through wild food experiences, plant-based feasts, retreats and educational workshops, I help people rediscover their relationship with the land — building confidence, resilience, and creativity in the kitchen and beyond. For me, foraging is more than food: it’s a pathway to mental wellbeing, empowerment, self-trust and self reliance, through a joyful, grounded life.
