Jamatelier

Near Salisbury, Wiltshire — inspired by the French kitchen and the rhythm of the seasons.

Jamatelier is a seasonal jam studio based in Salisbury, Wiltshire, creating small-batch preserves inspired by the French confiture tradition. Using the Slow Jam Method, fruit is macerated overnight before being gently reduced in a copper pan for a softly set, fruit-led finish. Founded by Marina Guirey, Jamatelier celebrates seasonality, slow living and the many ways jam can be enjoyed folded through yoghurt, on porridge, toast, baked into simple desserts and pastries or served with ice cream.
