Hello, I'm Marina Guirey.
Marina Guirey is the founder of Jamatelier, a seasonal jam studio based in Salisbury, Wiltshire, inspired by the slow traditions of French confiture. Using the Slow Jam Method, Marina creates small-batch preserves gently reduced in copper pans for a softly set, fruit-led finish. She is also the author of Slow Jam: The Art of French Jam Making, a book exploring seasonal jam making, French confiture traditions and the rituals of the slow kitchen. She celebrates seasonality, slow living and the everyday pleasures of the kitchen table.
