Jamatelier
Near Salisbury, Wiltshire — inspired by the French kitchen and the rhythm of the seasons.
Jamatelier is a seasonal jam studio based in Salisbury, Wiltshire, creating small-batch preserves inspired by the French confiture tradition. Using the Slow Jam Method, fruit is macerated overnight before being gently reduced in a copper pan for a softly set, fruit-led finish. Founded by Marina Guirey, Jamatelier celebrates seasonality, slow living and the many ways jam can be enjoyed — folded through yoghurt, on porridge, toast, baked into simple desserts and pastries or served with ice cream.
